As of June 6, 2021, I've registered for a CPR/AED course, as well as a Stop the Bleed/First Aid course. I recommend any competent adult
take these courses, and those younger than 18 to familiarize themselves with the concepts if not able to attend these in person classes.
Seeing how traumatic blood loss, choking, and a stopped heart are common causes of deaths in a variety of situations, these skills are invaluable.

The chances of you having to save a life is more likely than many people are comfortable acknowledging.
